
A native of Auburn, Alabama, Mr. Levy was born in 1971. He
earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University in 1994
and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1997. He was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1997 and the Georgia Bar in 1998. Mr. Levy is a member of the
Dougherty Circuit Bar Association, State Bar of Alabama and State
Bar of Georgia.
He served as 2003 Co-Chairman of the annual Workers' Compensation Seminar and 2006 Speaker on Case Law Update at the annual Workers' Compensation Seminar. He is a Partner with the law firm of Ross and Levy, LLC in Albany, Georgia. He and his wife, Shelby, have two sons, Nathan, Jr., age 8, and William, age

Mr. Levy is a Special Assistant Attorney General and handles
Workers' Compensation issues and litigation on behalf of Georgia's Attorney General. He also represents numerous self-insureds and third party administrators. Mr. Levy has also been instrumental in obtaining self-insured status for a number of Georgia employers and group funds.
His areas of practice include General Litigation, Insurance
Defense, and Workers' Compensation Defense.
